These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App") that connects traveling healthcare providers ("Providers") with individuals or entities willing to rent a room Hosts(Home Owners). By using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
By accessing or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our App. By using our App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Hosts(Home Owners): As a Host(Home Owner), you agree to provide accurate descriptions of your available rooms, including pricing, amenities, and availability. You are responsible for ensuring that your listing complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Providers: As a Provider, you agree to respect the Host's(Home Owner's) property and comply with any terms set forth by the Host(Home Owner) during the rental period.
All financial transactions conducted through the App will be processed using secure payment methods. By using our App, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your rentals. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice.
Hosts(Home Owners) and Providers may have cancellation policies that outline the terms for cancellations and refunds. You agree to comply with these policies.
We are not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from cancellations between Hosts(Home Owners) and Providers.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, and to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App are owned by Hosting Healthcare, LLC or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our express written permission.
The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any listings or user content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hosting Healthcare, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hosting Healthcare, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Hosting Healthcare, LLC is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
